Can I cancel or modify my order?Updated a year ago
Unfortunately, we cannot update orders once they are placed. We use a third-party fulfillment center to process our orders. Orders are auto-pulled into their system immediately, which limits our ability to make changes to the contents or shipping address on any completed orders.
Once you receive the package, you can initiate a return by generating your pre-paid return label here. We will process your return within 2-3 business days of it arriving at our facility. Your refund will be posted to your account within 5-7 business days of processing the return to the original payment method.
If you would like to add items to your original order, please place a new order. If you would like to have each item in your order shipped in its own box, please place separate orders.
