• Materials: The Cavalier 2.0 still features frames made of acetate, but we've upgraded the material for enhanced quality.
• Lenses: We've switched to recyclable nylon lenses, emphasizing sustainability without compromising on quality.

2. Enhanced Fit:

• Size Similarities: The overall size and look of the new Cavalier 2.0 closely resemble the original model.
• Improved Comfort: A key upgrade is the integrated spring hinge, offering better flexibility and a more comfortable fit.

3. Accessories Upgrade:

• Sunglasses Case & Cleaning Cloth: The Cavalier 2.0 come with a newly designed sunglasses case and a cleaning cloth, adding an extra touch of sophistication and functionality to your purchase.

4. Prescription-Ready Frames:

• Rx-able Frames: Unlike the original model, the new Cavalier 2.0 is designed to be Rx-able, meaning it can accommodate prescription lenses when taken to an optometrist.

5. Collaborative Manufacturing:

• New Manufacturer: For the Cavalier 2.0, we've partnered with a new manufacturer that works with Bosma. Bosma is one of the Midwest's largest nonprofit organizations providing employment and training for people who are blind or visually impaired. 

6. Price Increase Explanation:

• Material and Quality Improvements: The enhancements in materials and overall quality have led to a moderate price increase.
  • Original Cavalier was $95 for a single pair, $125 with the warranty, and the replacement is $28. The original Cavalier is no longer available for individual purchase, but is available for replacement purchases for our existing Cavalier warranty members.
  • Cavalier 2.0 & Cruz are $125 for a single pair, $150 with the warranty, and the replacement is $45.
• Sustainable Practices: The use of recycled material for the lenses adds value to the product, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
• Prescription Compatibility: The adaptability for prescription lenses adds functionality to the glasses, warranting the new price.
