Is Two Blind Brothers a company or a charity?Updated a year ago

We like to think we are both – a social enterprise and a charity project. Legally, however, Two Blind Brothers is set up as an LLC, but we may change our corporate structure down the road. We donate 100% of profits at the end of the year to charitable foundations, programs, and researchers focused on our mission. In particular, we support the Foundation Fighting Blindness. We also work closely with many other organizations supporting the blind community including Industries of the Blind and Bosma which helps to make and package some of our products.
