How do I initiate a return or exchange?

You can initiate your return or exchange by generating your pre-paid return label directly from your Shipment Tracking page that was sent to you in an email when your package was shipped out or this link.

The order can only be returned for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. Orders can be exchanged within 45 days of purchase if it has not been worn and is in good condition. 

If you need to return after our 45-day policy, we can only offer store credit.

  • Start your return/exchange process through the link above.
  • Remember to include the customer order number and name in the request.
  • A prepaid return label will be emailed to you on the email you used to make the purchase (if you purchased using PayPal, it will be sent to the email associated with your PayPal account)--we cannot change the email at this time.
  • Print out your prepaid return label.
  • Drop your return package at an authorized location.
  • If your order is a return for a refund, you will be refunded after the returned item has been received by our warehouse.
  • If your order is an exchange, your exchange will be sent out once the exchanged item has been received by our warehouse.
  • For exchanges, please include in the notes the item you are returning as well as the item you would like to receive in exchange.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate prepaid labels for international returns at this time.
  • Shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable.
